So sorry, not Keytruda but...Truvada ...was approved for HIV prevention.
I guess I am reading to much about cancers now..

Truvada contains two medication :
Tenofovir and emtricitabine ,
and is use in combination with other anti-retoviral to treat HIV , but it is not enough for treatment of HIV alone.
