Even though I'm 100% American, I maintain a connection with my ancestral homeland which is the town of Thurles in County Tipperary Ireland. For a time I was chief of my family clan and recognized by the official clans of Ireland (until they changed the rules and required the clan chief to actually live in Ireland).
