I would argue that because of the RS you will probably get the boat sooner. The stock was not going any where with 2 Billion outstanding shares. You might have never seen your boat. Now you have a real shot. Under the previous share structure it was going to flat line. Now we all have a chance at seeing green. They had to do something to address the share structure and having it sorted out before the Spring Investors Summit in NYC is a good move.
