In podcast 19 and 21 Doug Gillen was impressed with our management team that's why even though he was offered 7 other jobs he took RMHB. In #21 he said that Michael Welch was the most open minded CEO he has ever worked for, that Michael was willing to listen to all suggestions and work with you. Mr. Gillen has worked for some very large companies so for him to be impressed is good enough for me.
I'll be getting my boat, my house and truck. Just a year or two later than originally planned. BUT at least I'm getting them.
