Unless Yahoo is wrong about 5.92 billion outstanding shares, ANDI will get 1,184,000 shares, (5.92b divided by 5000). If they are giving shareholders 66% that equals 781,440 shares with ANDI keeping 402,560 for themselves.
But, I agree with you Stewy...what's the problem? They aren't required to give us anything! Everyone just be happy! Safe bet when we get our shares ANDI will have a nice bump in price too.
