ANDI calculates on a 5000:1 ratio will be equivalent to 1 million shares needed to give to ANDI share holders. The remaining 500,000 shares will go into Andiamo’s treasury as an asset.


Share holders get 66% and ANDI gets 33%. Consensuses, ANDI share holders should be grateful as the ratio satisfies the shareholder base more then the company as a whole.
