Absolutely true. That was part of the stock deal agreement with GHS was to raise the OS for that very reason. I have tried to fight back bashers on this as they just jumped on the bandwagon of incorrectly stating the company is just issuing and diluting to pay themselves, totally twisted and untrue. As I have said before, this was the best Deal at the time for the company to get the funding with minimal dilution to then execute the deals to the point to what we have going today. Perhaps at the new york summit they will make inroads to better conventional financing without the need for GHS anymore. We will be ell on our way then.
