Sorry folks, but I forgot to touch on the fact that a big reason for the large share structure was that Corporate had to sell a lot of shares to GHS in order to get capital to fight all the lawsuits they were burdened with.

These were due to issues with prior management. It's also important to note that I'm referring to lawsuits which, by the way, the company has won all of so far.
