SJ - from today PR ,
" The dose could be 350 mg , 525 mg , or 700 mg , depending on the individual CCR5 receptor density of each patient . "
So larger dose is not consider at this time , possibly they dont feel it is needed , and they basically will be looking for density of CCR5 , somehow I don't think it will take very long time..
I like to know what happened with patients on 3 weeks overlap , right now they are about 16 weeks on treatment.
