It will be great to be able to treat each patient with the disease needed to suppress their viral load, but I see two concerns that hopefully will be addressed in a proactive investor interview later today:
1) how long will this new protocol take to implement or how long will pivotal trial be delayed and overall timeframe.
2) will dosage remain maximized at 700 mg? I could potentially see them achieving 100% response rate for R5 tropic, but some of these patients may need say 850 mg dosage to respond. How easily could they increase dosage? More 1b trials or could they dose twice a week at 525 mg say to reach needed response dose?
Just early thoughts and concerns upon first read. I can see this being better in the end for the patients and everything else.
