Yes, the timing was the only issue for me as well. NP raised what 50M+ last year. Pauslon got 10%, or $5M+ and warrants. NP get nothing but his salary. I am sure Paulson is working diligently behind the scenes, but from an external view, all I see is NP working his rear off.
