Yes, I agree and thought the same thing. It would be odd for a CMO or any employee to make as much or more than the CEO. I'm sure my opinion of the salary increase on ihub will not change the opinions of those who routinely criticize NP's salary in lieu of stock options, but felt it was appropriate to give them a taste of their own medicine. The salary increase doesn't bother me as the executive committee knows all the hard work and progress being made and I trust their decision......but from an outside view the timing does seem poor IMO. In the end, I'm confident these decisions will not even be a blip on the radar.
