It won't matter what the price is post split. What'll matter is how many outstanding shares there are and what hits the books shortly afterward for earnings per share. Along with awesome news of course.
Whether we start at .10, .20, or where we start post split will only matter to those who expect to see instant post split gratification, which isn't likely. The transition may be a bumpy ride, but if you're mentally prepared for that (strapped in), you'll be fine.
Starting with the U.S. distribution news right through to the 2nd quarter financials, we'll be seeing the buying pressure ratcheting up, so the pps will follow. The earnings per share will begin climbing even with the 1st quarter fins, but by 2nd quarter fins we'll be popping.
