What? Pumpadumps are also quite obvious, generally entailing the use of well-known promoters who're being paid by shareholders (usually in some way related to the company) who intend to liquidate very large positions. (posted by Janice-)

i've always thought the same and suggested to some to try to enforce such laws, which would be difficult, but it should be required ... IMO to have a DISCLAIMER for both up or down paid marketers (aka Pumpers / Bashers or Promoters or Demoters )
