......and I might add, my opinion does nothing to invalidate the excellent reports from Israel that convinced me OWCP is committed and will likely become a significant player in the medical cannabis sector...........providing they can raise the capital to complete their mission.........and therein lies the rub.................

I do not question their commitment to both The Company and to us shareholders, but like it or not, they are on their side more than us. Yes, I know they are shareholders too but I can think of many ways for them to stop their bleeding long before we get over it. It is a matter of survival.
