If the Company has not or can not get an investor given the current stock price trend, no significant and positive news and past history, the pps will likely continue to drop. Thus, the R/S becomes near essential and will likely be 250 for 1 or worse from a current shareholder prospective. At 250 for 1 with a current price of say, .03 the stock would trade at 7.50 pps . While we do not know what will happen there is little denying that a sinking stock price accommodates and adds validity to a significant R/S. Their silence on the details is loud and clear..............let it drop and there is no way out but an R/S.
