You need to be clear with each post. Try not to anticipate that readers are following each post with baited breath. Following and jumping into the middle of the 'conversation' will give a different impression than one might have reading from the beginning of the dialog. One may consider it a hostile message about the company. Raging isn't appealing to the infrequent reader too. Think about what you are saying, how to present information, target of each comment referring to each party. Other than that, have a good day and don't fuk with the posters.
