On a slightly more serious note, I would go along with most of what you say and certainly the gist of your comments providing they were factual. They are based on logic that has little factual evidence; we do not know the details. Like you, I am concerned about the prospect of a 100 to 1 R/S split and have voted against the resolution but expect to change my vote when the details are provided to us shareholders. No details, no yes vote..............I have faith in management's commitment to OWCP but can visualize an unlikely situation where they are more committed to the Company than me in order to survive. Anyway, none of us know what is going to happen but I will take management at their word when they give us a complete explanation.
