Well, that's how I read it. Apparently the price is not absolutely final but it will likely be in this ballpark... mmmh... I was expeting a strong discount but this is... stronger than I anticipated.
Panic selling will likely be in full force tomorrow (except maybe if we open directly on the Nasdaq and there are some huge buys on the open market). I don't think I'll check my account or the boards for a couple of weeks
