I was looking at the math, the rule 5x half-life works great with daily pills or when the half-life matches the dose regiment, but with single weekly injections twice the half-life, I think overlap until at least the 3rd dose, 4th though might be better.


700 dose weekly (assume 3.5 day half life to make the math easier)

Day 0 Dose 1 700mg
Day 7 Dose 2 175mg+700mg = 875mg
Day 14 Dose 3 219mg + 700mg = 919mg
Day 21 Dose 4 230mg + 700mg = 930mg
Day 28 Dose 5 232mg + 700mg = 932mg
