Thanks Alicja, I know you are much more knowledgeable about these trials and all the science. I will have to go back and listen to those videos and educate myself.

My thoughts were based on the response/failure rates of 350mg being 14 weeks, 525mg being 10 weeks and 700mg expected to be 6 weeks. I thought this was from the video after CROI and NP stating a longer induction period followed by the normal maintenance period was expecting to result in a response rate.....I could be wrong as this is entirely from memory and my half-ass understanding and trying to interpret science! : )

I believe the 100% efficacy in 700mg for those 22 patients is after the initial failures/or those who dropped out, correct? If so, while encouraging is a little misleading (not by you....I know or think this is how it was presented at CROI).
