SJ- this information was given to us Feb 11.
February 11 we had 2 times video ,
in AM Uptick , and little later another one , this time Dr NP talked about this longer overlapping . I don't remember the name of this presentation.
At the time patients were on this treatment for 10 wks and the difference was that in protocol patients overlap with HAART for one week , here they overlap 5 X half life of Leronlimab , so about 2-3 weeks .
After 10 wks results :
350mg - 79 patients - efficacy 75%
525mg- 101 patients -efficacy 90%
700mg -22 patients -efficacy 100%
So now those patients are 15 weeks on treatment , I expect them to give us update on their results ..
