rhetorical question .. but does anyone *here* think that the 2018 K (annual)
will be filed if mgmt and BoD haven't pursued options?
there are about 2 weeks left before K is due to be filed .. so the *usual* carries
little to no weight .. but as always .. timing is telling
answer (either way it's played out) will be known *shortly*
