Not yet, just saying it wouldn’t surprise me if there was. Not sure what the threshold for a suit is, but seems to me that there has been quite a bit of misleading going on in regard to various influxes of money and what was said they were for, and where the monies actually went.
I’m sure there are plenty of CA Attys who could provide clarity.
