The lockup periods have been much advertised and trumpeted, but there has never been a mention of anti-short provisions before your post (and you are not the company). If what you’re trying to suggest is true, then the company would have already proudly trotted it out in one of the many gushing pum-cough-PRs they’ve put out. The fact they haven’t is clear enough... they could come out and say that, if it were true, or someone could publish one agreement where there’s anit-short provisions, but that hasn’t happened and it won’t happen, will it Pluto?
