In my case I actually know the investors, the three that invest in convertible Notes (1 year hold, lock-up provision, selling limitations, anti-short provisions, limit to selling in any trading session, limit to total shares that can be traded in any single month by formula), company prior approval during a 30 day approval period, of any conversion, and the investor who invests in convertible Preferred stock (3 year hold, lock-up provision, selling limitations, anti-short provisions, limit to selling in any one trading session, limit to selling in any one month).
