What's funny is they are too stupid that their BS works against them.
Talking out of both sides. Company has no revenue but then you say there is an acquisition, PO, revenue, +500K subscribers, CAGR of 200% and uplist they say that's already baked in.
What? You just said there are no revenues.
For 6 months all they would talk about is how it's not going to happen. Now they say it's baked in to the sp.
My assumptions are the pricing will be finalized this week
It will be discounted like the private placements were
Once the market sees who's invested, realizes there are revenue, lot's of customers and growing like gangbusters (200%) the sp will reflect it.
Remember, none of this has been PR'd. None of it. The PR's only mentioned "planned".
