So few shares the swing will be great in either direction.
The price action has zero interpretation of what is going on with the company.
Stop worrying, stop engaging, just stop.
We are there. Rory, #TeamVerb, AGP and the investors are finalizing pricing.
That's it. That's all. The next step is uplist. To NASDAQ.
I'd be fine with a lower listing price if it means a few of the Tier 1 Institutional Investors buy huge blocks, remove more shares and lock those share up for years.
Rory wants do what's right for the long run not just tomorrow.
It's a matter of how much and at what price. These are the best of the best investors and are pros at what they do. So if they say, we'll buy more at a lower price, then I'd say that sounds like a great trade off.
Bottom line is , we're there.
