I'm definitely looking forward to getting the full skinny on this...I'm guessing it's been in the works since Oct/Nov/Dec of last year. I know it's a long process & the SEC, I believe, was shut down for 34 days end of Dec thru most of Jan...so I'm sure they had a helluva backlog.
