Upon reading the offering, it seems these shares are yet to be sold to any number of folks and not one huge investor... but in any case there's a certain set time for them to be sold as stated below:

So basically this offering may be complete in 90 days or sooner... or even be extended by the CEO.
It's also interesting that SB signed off on this 2/19/19 (and kept it quiet, oh my)....
Think we'll be seeing this on OTC Markets s-o-o-n ... ahaha
