Big assumption Gary that the only reason the company is doing a r/s is for a Nasdaq listing....I never saw it that way at all..The r/s in my way of thinking was to enable an investment in the company by making the share price more attractive to the new investor and so the company can dispose of the toxic loan note...first and foremost..

Why are you so fixated on the Nasdaq thing?
