The proposed R/S and the way it might be structured changes a lot for me. I think the Company will one day be profitable but much has to be done...........and I was willing to wait it out for reasons I previously mentioned. But this R/S as proposed is a game changer for existing shareholders..............I do not like it and can not see why any existing shareholder could like it.
