I'll repeat my belief that the O/S should be no lower than 50 million shares if they keep the authorized at 500 million, that's no more than a 1 for 3 R/S.
Taking existing shareholders to some hundreds of thousand of share will assure that in a few years time those shares don't represent 1% of the company after normal dilution.
I've voted no and will remain so unless the company proposed no more than a 1 for 3.
