About 1.5 million shares will be offered including the 3 mill in warrants. With 7 days of the roadshow done, or thereabouts just a small percentage of institutional investors and pension funds buying the offering shares would not give them the amount they want. There could be 30-40 investors at each of these meetings, and multiple meetings a day. Rory and Jeff have been killing it, but let’s say 30 investors want shares, they get 50,000 each, less than a million dollars. I believe that the ones buying who have funds worth billions would want a bigger piece of the pie, which means they’d buy more on the open market.
