I might be wrong but I think they asked you what you thought of a R/S. If yes, they might have intended to get your reaction as a measure of what other members of this Board might think. They are smart, experienced, transactional business people and may have viewed your visit as an opportunity to plant a seed and gage your initial reaction while continuing to build trust and demonstrate shareholder commitment in order to soften the likely reaction to a proposed R/S.
