I really think they are trying to line up their ducks for the market upgrade and future finance.
The timing of this potential RS announcement was poor. Our PPS was already pounded by selling pressure and this RS kicked in for another round of pounding..
It would be a lot easier to kick this RS around if they waited towards the completion of the tablet trail..showing great progress and on track for export approval and sign of revenue
As you stated, there isn't enough justifications for this potential RS.
