I agree completely. The company is putting the cart in front of the horse. Getting on the Nasdaq after product sales will be an easy task if they also have ownership of the intellectual property.
They could do a 100,000 for 1 reverse split and if they cannot gain ownership of the IP and put product on the shelf, they'll go BK.
They've done the right thing in going after patents and pursuing them, they're doing the right thing in proving their products work before putting them on the market, but they're not doing the right thing in saying we want on the Nasdaq Now, screw our investors.
