I Say "NO" To Any REVERSE SPLIT Until they start selling product and that the shareholders demand they start Manufacturing and Selling Products like their webpage has stated they do for over 2 years now!

The 2 lines I underlined are the real reason this stock went from 0.008 to 3.23 in 4 months time, Investors wanted in because they thought REVENUE with great products.
Those who went for the long term waited and waited and waited for sales to begin to produce REVENUE. Instead they got the Jeffrey O. Friedland Fraud and now to even consider a reverse split instead of sales.
Someone please request them to honor their ad and sell product and produce REVENUE and share price will go up naturally instead of trying to artificially inflate it with a Reverse Split and up list to NASDAQ.
I DID POST 2 COMPANIES THAT WERE SUCCESSFUL AFTER USING A REVERSE SPLIT TO UP-LIST. HOWEVER BOTH THOSE COMPANIES HAD REVENUE FROM PRODUCING AND SELLING PRODUCTS!
OWCP MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO REALIZE THEY NEED TO DO THIS FIRST AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
IMO ALL SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD REJECT THIS PLAN AND NOT EVEN CONSIDER A REVERSE SPLIT (not even a 1 for 1.1) UNTIL 4 OR MORE MONTHS AFTER SALES. PERHAPS WE ALL SHOULD EMAIL THEM HOW MOST OF FEEL ABOUT THIS AS A GROUP!
