The deck is stacked for it to pass. Any non votes are defaulted to yes votes. And only people with over 7million shares or do will be allowed to vote. Since anyone who doesn't qualify will not be voting, all those shares will be co sided yes votes. Plus the company wants this or they would not have proposed it, so you have to go against what the company is holding. I have seen this too many times. What bugs me is there was no reason for it with the current share structure. Put of 500million shares only about 150mil have been issued. If 400mil or so were issued I could see it being a concern. So either the company us worse off than they are letting on, or something else is afoot.

Do not kid yourself. A reverse split is coming. The only question is how much of one.
