1. Yes. They could do 5M users alone with Direct Sales users. Remember, some of the top companies have over a 1M members. They signed up 11 new companies pretty quick after SC & Verb joined forces over the last couple of months. Expanding sales with another 9-10.
2. Sound Concepts hasn't been giving way their tech. They wouldn't be cash flow positive and net income positive if they were. Keep in mind free is not a bad thing for aspects of your company. Many SaaS companies do have that option for a very good reason.
Not sure how you picked the 5M users. That would be $500M revenue. They could get to 5M users this year. A lot depends on how fast the other areas take off, when they are launched etc. FacebookLIVE is the wild card along with how VERB will be bundled with Microsoft.
I think a realistic goal would be 1M users which would be 800% increase in revenue which is insanely great. At that point, a lot of investors will be happy, eating lots of ice cream and skipping rope.
