I always appreciate ones thoughts on valuating a company, especially yours. In regards to the other verticals not factored into your BILLION market cap figure, i tend to be biased with my calculations so i tone it down to just asking myself couple of questions.

1) can the tech reach the interest of 5 million people through all verticals combined paying 10 bucks a month? I know pricing and profit sharing differs and varies, just trying to keep it simple.

2) How long would it take for VERB to get that 5 million subscribers? Combined, from all verticals? I like how we're "re-launching" in 2nd quarter...just over a month from now. Up until now we we've been giving away our tech for free! The trial period is ending and we'll get paid.
