Now if the court system would recognize the USPO as a credible entity to enforce the patents they instituted we'd all be better off. The legal system was put in place to enforce the law not discredit it. It all becomes a waste of time, money, and manpower when our legal system makes up new or changes the rules as it goes along. Hopefully we will prevail in the end.
