It seems like the bell ringing ceremony isn't usually concurrent with the uplist date. Looking at Zynex, Inc. as an example
- Zynex was approved for NSDQ listing on Feb. 7 2019
- ZYXI shares began trading Feb. 12
- Bell ringing ceremony Feb. 21
