I believe they are partnered in a way that even if MTAC doesn't purchase one of the 3 ANDI Mobile phones (developed by Utopya) that they would buy another providers phone via ANDI Mobile (ANDI Mobile is suppose to be selling hardware, accessories, and other phones besides ours). At least that's what I got out of the blogs but I may be wrong.
