If I remember correctly, they never agreed to use the Utopya phones. However, Utopya appeared to be their "top contender". They are also partnered with them in one form or another.

I remember this because my question at the time was along the lines of 'if they're partnered with Utopya, why would they be looking at competitors phones?'
