That is something that is frequently overlooked amidst everything else related to our appeal, and the recent finding of "Affirmed"! I agree with you that our patents have neither been directly challenged, or directly invalidated, only our one claim in the California lawsuit! That was the basis of the Calif. ruling, which was affirmed by the Appeals Court! Nothing more! We remain patent strong, with R&G ready to "make things right", and to get this unwarranted "ding" against their record removed! In addition to their interest in defending SFOR, they now have a direct professional interest in the end result of the SA lawsuit! The 3 judge panel has definitely "poked the bear"! LOL
