SFOR owns Valid patents in my opinion as no Judge or panel has specifically nor clearly held their patents to be void or invalid. There was no specific finding other than "affirmed" by the panel and they did not say the patents were invalid. Although the Calif judge ruled our CLAIMS of infringement against SA invalid under 101, he did NOT rule the PATENTS invalid and made no specific findings whatsoever in that regard.
