By no means am I an expert, buuuuuuuut I did stay at a holiday inn last night, so I'll go ahead and respond anyway.
Short answer: not likely. Their defense would just cite both the 9th Circuit's court decision and the Federal Court's affirmation of that decision, and use them as grounds for dismissal. At this point, sadly, 99.999% chance they'd get it. IMO, our only hope lies in taking it higher up. However, as I think the article linked earlier, it'll take many months (if not years).
As difficult as today's news has been to digest, let's maintain some optimism. I think the best way to do that is to focus on what we still HAVE (vs. what we just lost). Mark and co. have indicated deals are in place that will be/have been generating revenue. Also, Blocksafe has a real potential to turn the tide back in our favor! There is still plenty to be excited about here!
For those brave enough to keep riding the waves--as many of us have for a couple of YEARS now--I say good luck to all, and let's see how it plays from here.
