Another legal question for you experts.......
Are our court case rulings truly independent of one another, or does the ruling in one case affect the others?
For instance, even if we lost in court to SA, can we re-activate (go ahead with) the patent lawsuits against other companies (e.g. Duo, Trustwave, etc.) and possibly win them in court?
