This topic is out of my pay grade. However, as I look at OWCP's capital structure there are many authorized shares that have yet to be issued and the number unissued shares could stop Discover in their tracks. Also, if Discover saw our Company as a good bet they would have continued the generous dividend and converted down the line when the pps was much higher. Just my thoughts, I think Discover is a major pain in the butt and now want to recover as much of their original investment as they can and as soon as possible.
